Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to keep you informed.

Delivery Services

We ship all orders using Royal Mail. The delivery options available at checkout are:

    •    Royal Mail Tracked 24 – aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch

    •    Royal Mail Tracked 48 – aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch

    •    Royal Mail Second Class – typically delivers within 2–3 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Tracked delivery options include tracking information, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched. This allows you to follow your parcel’s progress.

Delivery Delays

While we dispatch orders promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

RETURNS

Eligibility For Returns

We accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in a resalable condition, including original packaging where applicable.

Timeframe for Returns

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, items should be returned promptly.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

If an item is returned in used, opened, damaged, or unsellable condition, we reserve the right to:

    •    Refuse the return, or

    •    Issue a partial refund, deducting an amount to reflect the loss in value

If a deduction is applied, we will contact you with clear evidence (such as photographs) explaining why a full refund cannot be issued. You will then have the option to:

    •    Accept the partial refund, or

    •    Have the return rejected and the item sent back to you (return postage costs may apply)

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear once processed.

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non- .

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund in line with your statutory rights.
